When I graduated, I knew that I wanted to join my mother in her business, it was a franchise called Colours. In 1983, I became a certified Colour and Style consultant becoming the youngest certified consultant ever trained. It was a true passion of mine, and together we opened a retail store in Port Credit. Our boutique on the main floor was beautifully designed, and we offered colour and style consultations on the second floor. As a mother and daughter duo, we enjoyed this journey together for over 20 years. However, life took a different course for me when I became a mother to three beautiful boys. I ventured into the medical sales world for several years, but my love for health, beauty and fitness remained constant. In 2012 I decided to pursue my passion for health and fitness and opened my own private boutique fitness training studio in Oakville. For the past 12 years, I have immersed myself in the Fitness world, and I have cherished every moment of it.
